In later versions of firmware (from version 1.5.1) Samba is not a built-in application so we need to install Samba before using the disk share function. The procedure below shows how to enable the SAMBA function.
Ensure that the router is connected to the Internet and the USB Storage device is attached to the router.
Go to USB Application>>Disk Shares menu
Click on Install
Samba Installation will start
When installation completed, select “Enable Disk Sharing” to share the USB drive
On your Computer you should be able to see the shared drive in Workgroup computers.
