Please check your network setup by following these procedures:
- Does either VPN client (e.g. WinXP on PC) or VPN server (e.g. Vigor 2910 ) connect to the internet through a NAT device?
- If you are remote dial-in user and use DrayTek “Smart VPN Client” utility, please be sure to click the “Configure” button in Step 0 of the setup.
- Check that the IPSec service status is active from Start -› Settings -› Control Panel -› Administrative Tools -› Services. If not, “Start” IPSec Service and establish L2TP over IPSec VPN tunnel again.
