We are unable to provide immediate repairs while you wait for your router. There are a number of reasons for this. These are:

  • Faulty routers are issued a Return Authorization prior to being accepted for repairs
  • To be fair to our customers, faulty routers are repaired in the order that they arrive here
  • Repairs are usually carried out within one business day and the router is tested over a number of hours to ensure no other problems exist. So it is not practicable to wait for the repairs to be completed. We will contact you when the router will be ready for pickup.
  • Due to the busy nature of our office, you will disrupt our normal office operations.

If the repairs are urgent, we will attempt to give priority for your repairs and contact you when repairs have been completed.
