1. Open a telnet session to the Vigor router (see instructions)

2. enter the command:
 voip debug showmsg

3. capture all output by right-clicking in the Command Prompt window and selecting “Select All” from the pop-up menu.

All the contents of the Command Prompt window should be highlighted (now black text on a white background). Press the [Enter] key (to save to the windows clipboard).

4. Open WordPad (Start > All Programs > Accessories > WordPad), hold the [Ctrl] key down while pressing the [V] key (to paste from the clipboard), and save to a file by clicking the floppydisk icon, selecting a location to store the file, a filename, and set “Save as type” to “Text Document”, then click the [Save] button.
