How to set up WAN 2 as primary and WAN 1 as secondary gateway for Vigor2762

By default, the Vigor2762 WAN 1 is the “Always On” the rest is failover. 

To make the WAN 2 as our primary gateway to the internet is to set WAN 2 as “Always On” then the WAN 1 will automatically set as “Failover”.

Then enable the WAN Connection Detection on WAN 2 so the router can distinguish no internet connection when the google DNS starts to drop packets its will failover to the WAN 1.

Simulate VPN failover from WAN2 to WAN1 and failback WAN1 to WAN2:
