How to fix the issue when the Console of VigorACS 3 goes back into a loop after typing the login password

There is an issue reported when updating VigorACS 3 to version 3.7.0 where the Login prompt goes into a loop after typing the root password. This seems to be linked to the cache of the browser.

See below how to disable browser cache temporarily (while the developer tools panel remains open).

For Chrome and Edge, click on Ctrl + shift + I, then find the network tab at the right hand top corner and click disable cache.

For Mac use CMD + option + I.
